Preparing For The Interview Template

The most common interview style is a behavioral based format interview. The questions asked during these interviews are designed to ask candidates to pull examples from their current or past experiences. Most of the time, candidates will go into storytelling mode to intrigue the interviewer (see STAR Method template). This template provides a few tips on how to prepare for a lengthy interview.
